1. Edgewater Beach

What we love most about Edgewater: We love how the sun goes down right over the water, that’s why sunset is our favorite time to shoot here.

DOWNSIDE:

  • Crowded – When the weather is nice, it’s one of the most crowded places in Cleveland. This can make it difficult when trying to get the images you imagine.

2. The Cleveland Art Museum

What we love most about the Cleveland Art Museum: We love how the sun goes down right over the water, that’s why sunset is our favorite time to shoot here.

The Flats

What we love most about the Flats: We love the look and the endless options of the Flats. The Shooters on the Water bridge is also located here and it’s a popular spot for couples.

DOWNSIDES:

  • Traffic – sometimes taking pictures by the bridges and murals involves dodging traffic.
  • Distance – the flats has so many great locations for pictures, but they’re all pretty spread out.

4. Ohio City

What we love most about Ohio City: We love the murals!!! There are SO many murals to choose from and they’re so beautiful and colorful… what a great way to show off your love of Cleveland!

DOWNSIDE:

  • Distance – the murals are pretty spread out over Ohio City, so you’ll likely do some walking or driving from spot to spot

5. Lakewood Park

What we love most about Lakewood Park: It’s such a gorgeous park right on the water!

  • There’s not much else nearby.

6. Downtown Cleveland

What we love most about Downtown Cleveland: We love that there are several locations within this location. You can visit Public Square, Overlook Hill, Memorial Fountain, East 4th Street within just a few block radius.

DOWNSIDE:

  • Crowding – it’s downtown Cleveland, so obviously it can get quite crowded.
  • Parking – again, it’s downtown Cleveland. Have a plan for parking!

7. Voinovich Bicentennial Park

What we love most about Voinovich Bicentennial Park: There’s so much variety in just one spot!! Also, this is the quintessential Cleveland location – you get to see multiple landmarks in this one spot!

What we love most about Cleveland Cultural Gardens: We love that there are multiple gardens each with their own unique characteristics and charm!

  • Popular Wedding Spot – you may run into other bridal parties at some of the gardens.

9. Ohio Valley National Park

What we love most about Ohio Valley National Park: The overlook and the cliffs are amazing. Also, the sun sets in the background of the overlook and it’s spectacular!

  • Lack of Variety
  • A lot of Walking/Climbing

10. Chagrin Falls

What we love most about Chagrin Falls: The the cutest little town with a great look and feel.

  • It can be difficult to get pictures down at the falls and the town area can get quite busy.



11. Coe Lake

What we love most about Coe Lake: THE TREES!! We love how it the trees along the lake make it look like you’re deep in the forest!

DOWNSIDE:

  • Not much variety and it can get busy on nice days.

What we love most about the Tremont Cleveland Sign: It gives more variety than you would think in such a small area.
